Searching The Best Arizona Retirement Communities

At the age of 55+ and over and getting closer to Social Security eligibility, I decided to checkout the active adult Arizona retirement communities in the Phoenix-Tempe area - specificaly San Tan Valley.  I chose to check this area out because of the scenic surroundings with the Superstition Mountains to the north, San Tan Mountain Regional Park to the west and the Copper Mountain Ranges to the east.  Also, I wanted to be away from major metropolitan areas but still close enough to enjoy city shopping, dining and cultural events.

At Queens Creek I discovered a new stunning 55+ retirement community Arizona called Encanterra.  This is a fairly new active adult community that offers everything an active adult like me would enjoy.  The Encanterra Country Club is immense and has all the luxurious amenities that you would expect from Trilogy.   La Casa features four distinct restaurants ranging from the poolside cabana bar & grill, Solaz, to the exceptional signature menus found in the marquee dining venue, Bistro 1528. Additionally, La Casa is complete with three pools, an expansive athletic club, full-service Alvea Spa, business center, and much, much more.  In addition, a championship Tom Lehman designed golf course awaits your driving skills - this is truly a magnificent golf course with its play for both novices and pros alike.  The lush landscaping surrounding the course and waterways make this course "a walk in the park" as golfers would say.

I was seeking a place like this, but my budget is limited - I wanted to find an Arizona retirement community that had all the amenities, plus affordable homes.  I was not disappointed once I toured all the available models Encanterra offers.  These homes are built by master home builder Shea Homes and have all quality brand name fixtures.  They range in size from 1300 to 3700 square feet and are all alot of house for the money. If you are looking for a great 55+ retirement communities offering all the active adult living amenities and affordable new homes, then Trilogy at Encanterra will certainly satisfy your retirement objectives.
